Insurance & Liability Coverage

We provide liability coverage on all tour programs for tour organizers, participants, schools, districts and institutions with a policy backed by Lloyd’s of London. Certificates naming loss payees can be issued if required.

Travel, Accident and Medical Insurance

Our experience has shown that it works best for our participants and parents when we include comprehensive travel, accident and medical insurance in every program. Go to downloads on the home page to get full details.

Pre-Trip Cancellation Plan

We strongly recommend the purchase of additional trip cancellation benefits for protection against the expense of non-refundable cancellation penalties in the event participants should have to cancel their trip due to unexpected illness or injury to themselves or a family member. Other unforeseen circumstances such as a traffic accident en route to their departure are also covered. (Please review the Evidence of Benefits for complete terms, conditions and exclusions that apply). Because we recognize the value of their travel investment their complete satisfaction is important to us, we include the cost of trip cancellation protection on their first invoice. They will be provided with a response form to accept or decline this option. If they decline the optional cancellation plan it will be deducted from their invoice.

They may purchase the pre-trip cancellation plan at any time up to their final trip payment; however, to be eligible for the waiver of the pre-existing conditions inclusion they must purchase this plan within 14 days of their initial trip deposit.
