Annual Symposium to honor your outstanding efforts.
Each year our most successful group leaders are selected as delegates to our Symposium on Educational Travel. In exchange for sharing views on international educational travel, delegates receive complimentary transportation, accommodations, meals, sightseeing and local entertainment.
FREE travel ratios
Tour Directors and advisors will always travel free as part of your program. We can base your ratio on the “industry standard” 1:6 if you plan to take that many advisors. Alternatively let us create a package that allows you to have the appropriate level of supervision but also helps meet the budget requirements of your participants.
1:6 or even 1:5 will allow you to take more chaperones but 1:8, 10 or 15 will reduce the cost to participants. Call our consultants for more information.
Faculty & family discounts
We offer discounts for your professional colleagues and family members. Please contact us for the discount applicable to your program.
Participants traveling on these discounts will not count towards your free travel ratio or stipends.
FREE insurance
Our full travel, accident and baggage insurance is provided FREE to Tour Directors and chaperones.
FREE airline deviation
For Tour Directors or chaperones wishing to extend their travel by returning on a different date and / or from a different gateway than their group, we will waive the $150 deviation fee. Any additional airfare costs will be applied.
We invoice participants and collect trip payments!
We have eliminated any potential burden for you by collecting payments for your trip.
We ask that you collect your student’s initial deposit with their application cards, signed by parents. This protects you by allowing you to determine who registers for your trip. We acknowledge their payment directly to them and from that point correspond with them for further payments, including the optional pre-trip insurance. To keep you in the picture, we’ll email you a statement of all payments monthly.
